Within 7 days of receiving your package, you can apply for a no-return reason if:
- The blocks are unopened, unused, and in original condition (all accessories and packaging intact). You’ll cover the return international shipping.
- If the issue is on our side (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defects), we’ll cover both the return and re-shipping fees.
- Free Replacement for Missing Accessories (All Customers)
This is our most frequently used after-sales service! If you find missing parts after opening the package:
- Take photos of “the page number of the missing part in the manual + the product packaging label.”
- Send the photos to our customer service.
- We’ll verify and ship the missing parts for free (shipping fee covered by us), with a delivery time of 7-15 days.
- Quality Problem Resolution
- Within 15 days of receipt: If blocks have defects (e.g., broken parts, unconnectable pieces, peeling patterns), provide photos/videos as proof to apply for free replacement or partial refund based on the defect severity.
- Within 30 days of receipt: For quality issues, we’ll assist with repairs or provide detailed repair suggestions.
